difficult to find in Taiwan as well except fishing villages along east coast of Taiwan.The “mahi-mahi” fish is
travels around the Pacific Ocean. Therefore, there are traces of it around the world.Various dishes of the
mahimahi are delicious all over the world, so foreigners buyers are vying to buy in Taitung.
The fish visits Taitung twice every spring and fall; its meat is fresh, sweet, snow white and tender, Fish
bones without fine thorns, Less fat & High camp value. Buyers from Europe, the US, Japan, and other
countries often snap up the fish when the catches are in. Such a good fish, we certainly expect not only
export, but also hope to stay in Taiwan for more people to enjoy.
